Iain, allow me to embarass you here. What was the catalyst for your Twitter page which inspires me daily?

After volunteering for a year after illness stopped me from working, i realised that there is a need for a go between. It gives me the opportunity to help anyone who needs awareness for their Charity, Help Site or Tweeters who campaign for their condition / illness etc. I love helping people.
